Delays & Cancelations

1.We will delay and or cancel due to server weather. (i.e. lightning, storms, heat advisories, etc.) or if we’ve experienced/are experiencing heavy rain for extended periods of time. 

2. We will also cancel if the courts are flooded due to excess rain. 

3. On questionable days whereas the weather is not cooperating, there will be updates as to if the league is running on our league app (Sports Engine) This will updated, starting at 5:15pm. Need to know sooner, contact Nate @ 717-817-2732

4,. Please note that delays or cancelations will be made based on weather/court conditions at the sand courts.
