Our Beach York Camp Package is great for any athlete looking to train all day. Whether getting skill work in the morning or tournament play during our afternoon sessions, we give our athletes the complete camp experience. Take advantage of our sports performance speed/agility/jump training classes and workout your core, balance and flexibility with our yoga sessions. Did I mention our coaching staff? Former and current professionals athletes as well as college coaches. All-Americans and National champions. They know what it takes to reach the next level and are here to help you achieve your goals.
Our sessions package is perfect for the busy and or working athlete. This package is popular with our junior & senior athletes as it allows you to choose your week(s) and train any 4 sessions per week at your convenience (2 sessions in a day - morning/afternnon). Mix and match your sessions and get the training needed to stay in shape and progress your skills throughout the summer months.
